Just a reminder regarding the beginning of the farm year. Under 49 CFR 390.21 Marking of Commercial Motor Vehicle, every self-propelled commercial motor vehicle operated in interstate commerce and subject to the rules of subchapter B of the chapter must be marked with the legal name or a single trade name of the motor carrier operating the self-propelled commercial motor vehicle.
