- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
