What you'll need to make this recipe:

  • Large bowl
  • 1/4 measuring cup
  • Baking sheet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Small bowl
  • Pastry brush

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups instant mashed potatoes
  • 8 oz crescent roll dough (1 package)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley, minced

Directions

  1. Prepare mashed potatoes according to box instructions
  2. In a bowl, add mashed potatoes and parmesan cheese and mix until combined and set aside
  3. On a clean table, unbox crescent roll dough and spread flat, take a 1/4 cup scoop of mashed potato filling, and spread evenly then roll into a crescent shape. Place rolls at an even distance from each other on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown or according to manufacturer's instructions
  4. While waiting, in a small bowl, melt butter, add garlic, parsley, and mix
  5. Remove baked crescent rolls, slightly cool, and lightly brush melted garlic herb butter over rolls
