Green Goddess Smoothie

Instructions
  1. In blender, puree potato flakes, soy milk, kale, banana, peach slices, avocado, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. Tip: Keep frozen bananas on hand. Simply cut ripe bananas into chunks and arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, then transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
